Received two kits with no problem.
So no problem ordering, BUT the pricing is out of site’ $100 for two replacement kits? If I continue to order kits I’ll be paying more than I paid for the unit itself!

Disappointed
I can’t get replacement bulbs or film anymore. I gave a $200 machine and can’t use it. What is going on? I’ve emailed, messaged day after day. No response. What am I supposed to do? What good is your machine if I can’t use it?

We bought the Purlite at the beginning of Covid and have replaced the bulbs twice in two years because we used it to sterilize our cell phones, NR95 masks, etc. Excellent product!!
