Return Merchandise Authorization
PurLite wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Your item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the day it shipped. To start the process, contact our customer satisfaction department by the following method:
- cs@purlite.com – You can email us 24/7. You will receive a response back Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST).
You must receive a return authorization from our CS team prior to sending back the PurLite.
Your return package must include:
- Receipt of purchase
- Original packaging with all items
- Your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) inside the package
- Send by trackable manner for your protection
The product must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. The buyer must pay all return shipping costs and register their return package with a tracking number. You’ll be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus actual shipping costs. Shipping will not be refunded. Return packages must include:
- Receipt of purchase
- Original packaging
- Assigned Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #)
- Tracking
Your refund will be processed once we have received the product in our warehouse.
If your PurLite is defective
We will be happy to exchange or troubleshoot your PurLite device. To start the process, contact our customer satisfaction department by the following method:
